AVBRAYPRO is a patented Structural Insulated System (SIS) that unites light-gauge steel framing, magnesium-oxide sheathing and a closed-cell insulated core into a single, factory-built panel — making construction faster, stronger and dramatically greener than traditional wood framing.
Each wall, floor and roof panel is engineered to exact dimensions, fabricated offsite under controlled conditions, and delivered to the job site ready to stand up. Because structure, insulation and sheathing are integrated at the factory, there is no separate cavity to fill, wrap or seal — eliminating the thermal bridging, air leakage and material waste that plague stick-built construction.
The result is a building envelope that is water-, fire- and pest-resistant by design, with the strength of structural steel, the insulating performance of a SIP, and the install speed of modular — all backed by a patented interlocking connection system.

Every AVBRAYPRO wall panel is a fully integrated assembly — structure, sheathing, insulation and a finish-ready surface consolidated into a single, factory-built unit. There is no separate stud cavity to fill, wrap or seal on site.
